Food Express, started in 1983 by Walter, Joanna and Kevin Keeney has grown from an initial 7 tractor/trailer combinations to a current total of over 240 tractors and 400 trailers.
The original core business was the transportation of bulk corn starch from Stockton, CA to points in the Pacific Northwest, and back hauling bakery flour to central California.
